Sale and shipping to other EU countries
Ditlevsen Import ships orders to other EU countries. Delivery costs start from DKK 125.
Our webshop is primarily in Danish, but it is still possible for customers outside Denmark to place an order.
We currently only ship to countries within the EU. We do not offer shipping to non-EU countries due to transport costs and export regulations.
Shipping costs are based on the weight and volume of the order. International shipments must be traceable and insured, which means that shipping costs may be higher than domestic delivery.
Please note that we only ship smaller items that can be packed in a standard parcel. We do not ship heavy or oversized goods to other EU countries.
How to buy
Step 1 – Find your products
Find the products you wish to purchase in our webshop and click the green "Læg i kurv" button, which means "Add to cart".

Step 2 – Open your shopping cart
The selected products will appear in your shopping cart ("Indkøbskurv") in the upper-right corner of the webshop.

Step 3 – Proceed to checkout
When you have finished adding products to your shopping cart, also add item no. 2507 – Delivery Cost to your order.
Then click the green "Til kassen" button, which means "Checkout".

Step 4 – Enter your information
You will now be taken to the checkout page, where you enter your customer information, select payment and provide the delivery information.
Customer informationUnder "Kundeoplysninger" (Customer information), select the appropriate customer type:
Enter your name, email address, telephone number, address and country. Please make sure that your delivery address and country are entered correctly. |
Shipping and deliveryUnder "Forsendelse eller afhentning" (Shipping or collection), select "Denmark" as the country and choose "Afhentning" (Collection). This is required due to a technical limitation in our webshop. Your actual delivery country and address must still be entered correctly under your customer information. The international shipping cost is added using item no. 2507 – Delivery Cost. The actual shipping cost depends on the destination country, as well as the weight and size of the order. Please note that we only ship smaller goods that can be packed in a standard parcel. We do not ship heavy or oversized goods to other EU countries. |
